Placed.au is a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment firm originally based in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in our brand-new open-plan office in Asoke (Soi 21).
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional migration services. As an administrative assistant, your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of service for our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage appointment bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Input data from immigration-related emails.
- Draft and manage client agreements.
- Request and manage movement records, Australian Federal Police (AFP) certificates, and Overseas Visitor Health Cover (OVHC)/Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) documentation.
- Locate and verify Market Salary Data (MSD) records.
- Create and organise relationship and business photo albums for visa applications.
- Take snapshots for the company website, social media, and client reviews.
- Collect and organise ABN, ACN, and ASIC Extract.
- Handle translations and adjust client CVs or resumes as needed.
- Extract AFP paper certificates and manage related documentation.
- Monitor and reply to emails, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Conduct phone calls to clients and other stakeholders.
- Request and verify RPL documents.
- Post articles and updates authored by the team on various platforms.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Human Resources, or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Fluency in English is a must, both written and oral.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Responsible and reliable with a strong sense of accountability.
- Ability to learn from mistakes and proactively solve problems.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.
- High level of computer literacy.
- TOEIC score of 700 or higher.
Working Details:
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
