Placed.au is a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment firm originally based in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in our brand-new open-plan office in Asoke (Soi 21).
Placed.au is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to oversee and streamline our administrative operations. This pivotal role ensures that the office functions efficiently, supports business goals, and creates an organized, productive environment for the team. You will act as a key point of contact for administrative matters, balancing day-to-day operations with strategic initiatives to enhance company performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the administrative team to ensure smooth workflows.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency.
- Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff, ensuring high performance and productivity.
- Manage office operations, including supplies, equipment maintenance, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
- Prepare and manage budgets for administrative expenses, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Monitor and maintain records, reports, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes by coordinating with HR and team leaders.
- Plan and organize office events, meetings, and training sessions.
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance administrative functions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administration or office management, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management tools.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process optimization.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.
Working Details:
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
