We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and drive business success. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into actionable plans, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement those solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in business process modeling and requirements gathering.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Eliciting and documenting business requirements from stakeholders, including customers, managers, and teams.
- Analyzing business data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Identifying inefficiencies in business processes and recommending solutions to optimize operations.
- Working with technical teams to design solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
- Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Creating business cases to support new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and impact assessments.
- Participating in the testing phase to ensure that the implemented solutions meet business requirements.
- Preparing detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process models, and user stories.
- Assisting with the change management process to ensure smooth transitions to new systems or processes.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of proven relevant experience.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Must have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong ability to collect, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Experience with tools like Visio, Bizagi, or Lucidchart to create process flow diagrams and workflows.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and Power BI to analyze and interpret business data.
- Familiarity with Agile practices, including writing user stories, conducting sprint planning, and working within Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Proficiency in creating detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Ability to participate in test planning and execution, ensuring that business requirements are met.
- Experience with project management and collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Skills in creating dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify business issues and design effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders and explain complex concepts.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business leaders.
- Meticulous in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to ensure accuracy.
- Ability to evaluate various solutions and make decisions based on data-driven insights.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.

- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
