Placed.au is a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment firm originally based in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in our brand-new open-plan office in Asoke (Soi 21).
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive/Officer to identify opportunities, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of our business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business success.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client and partner networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Meet and exceed sales and growth targets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.
Working Details:
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
