Placed.au is seeking a talented and motivated Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team and support our esteemed Australian clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled communicator to join a growing company with great career development potential. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions using our CRM system.
- Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly, meeting or exceeding service standards.
- Follow call centre scripts and protocols while maintaining a conversational and empathetic tone.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre or customer service role.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.
Working Details:
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
