Placed.au is a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment firm originally based in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in our brand-new open-plan office in Asoke (Soi 21).
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales strategies, ensuring that our e-commerce platforms deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive revenue growth. This role is perfect for someone passionate about e-commerce trends, digital marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth and enhance user experience.
- Manage and optimize the e-commerce platform, ensuring smooth navigation and seamless transactions.
- Oversee online product listings, pricing, and promotions to maximize sales.
- Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure the successful execution of e-commerce initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the digital marketing budget and oversee the execution of paid ads, email campaigns, and SEO strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Proven experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.) and SEO best practices.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Excellent English communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.
Working Details:
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
