Placed.au is a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment firm originally based in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in our brand-new open-plan office in Asoke (Soi 21).
We are seeking a Human Resource Executive/Officer/Staff to assist in managing core HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and employee satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about people and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support onboarding processes and ensure new hires are integrated effectively.
- Assist with payroll preparation, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
- Handle employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor and manage leave applications and attendance records.
- Support HR initiatives, including training programs and employee engagement activities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles.
- Knowledge of basic HR principles and Thai labor laws.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.
Working Details:
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
