We are looking for an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis. You will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, manage cash flow, and provide strategic insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, leadership experience, and the ability to collaborate with other departments to drive financial growth and ensure long-term financial health.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Overseeing the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and financial performance analysis to guide business decisions.
- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Managing company cash flow, monitoring liquidity, and ensuring that the organisation can meet its financial obligations.
- Analysing operational costs and recommending cost-cutting measures to improve profitability.
- Identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to minimise them, including managing financial risks related to market fluctuations and credit.
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and internal policies.
- Managing and supervising the finance team, including accountants and financial analysts, ensuring optimal performance and professional development.
- Overseeing investment strategies, evaluating financial performance, and making recommendations for investment decisions.
- Communicating financial results, forecasts, and strategy to senior management and external stakeholders.
- Implementing and maintaining robust internal controls to ensure the accuracy of financial information and safeguard company assets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (required).
- 3-7 years of proven relevant experience.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Must have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prepare and analyse financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Experience in creating and managing budgets, financial forecasts, and strategic plans.
- Expertise in monitoring and optimising cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
- Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise spending without compromising business operations.
- Knowledge of evaluating and managing investment opportunities and understanding market risks.
- Skills in creating financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Experience in identifying financial risks and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Strong leadership skills to manage, motivate, and develop the finance team.
- Ability to analyse complex financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Skilled in identifying financial problems and finding solutions to improve performance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting financial information clearly to stakeholders and senior management.
- High level of accuracy in finance reporting, budgeting, and data analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions, financial regulations, and organisational needs.
- Must be willing to work in Petchaburi, 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.

- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
