We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to help guide business decisions. You will conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, as well as assess market trends and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable manner, and a deep understanding of financial modeling and reporting techniques.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyzing and preparing financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to support business decisions.
- Assisting in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and projections based on historical data and market trends.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
- Evaluating potential investment opportunities and assessing their impact on the company’s financial health.
- Identifying financial risks and advising management on strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Monitoring business performance against budgets and forecasts, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Creating financial models to simulate various financial scenarios and predict future financial outcomes.
- Providing insights and recommendations to management on financial strategies, investments, and cost control measures.
- Ensuring financial practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
- 3-7 years of proven relevant experience.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Must have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Strong skills in building financial models using Excel or specialized software to forecast and simulate business scenarios.
- Proficiency in analyzing large sets of financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Experience in preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and projecting future financial performance.
- Knowledge of investment principles, risk analysis, and performance evaluation techniques.
- Understanding of accounting principles such as GAAP or IFRS, depending on the region or industry.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools like Excel, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or specialized financial analysis platforms.
- Ability to assess financial risks and propose strategies for mitigating them.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements within the industry.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to analyze financial data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Precision in handling financial data, ensuring accurate analysis and reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work with other departments (e.g., accounting, marketing, operations) to gather data and support decision-making.
- Ability to adjust to changing market conditions and financial trends.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.

- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
