Placed.au is a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment firm originally based in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in our brand-new open-plan office in Asoke (Soi 21).
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes within the organization. You will conduct audits of financial and operational processes, identify areas of improvement, and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Process employee payrolls accurately and on schedule.
- Calculate salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions in compliance with regulations.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data integrity in payroll systems.
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, taxes, and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Acounting, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in payroll or accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and Thai labour laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.
Working Details:
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
