We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Internal Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes within the organization. You will conduct audits of financial and operational processes, identify areas of improvement, and recommend corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior management.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls, processes, and risk management systems to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Performing regular audits of financial records, operations, and IT systems to identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, or risks.
- Documenting audit results, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management with recommendations for improvements.
- Identifying potential risks (financial, operational, or compliance-related) and evaluating the effectiveness of mitigation strategies.
- Ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies across various departments.
- Recommending process improvements, cost-saving measures, and operational efficiencies.
- Working with other departments to help implement corrective actions based on audit findings and enhance internal controls.
- Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions to ensure that issues are properly addressed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of proven relevant experience.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Must have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of audit methodologies, internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO), and auditing standards (e.g., IIA standards).
- Ability to review and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and other financial documents to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.
- Understanding of risk assessment methods and techniques for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks.
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards (e.g., Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR, ISO standards).
- Ability to use data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, ACL, IDEA) to analyze and interpret financial and operational data.
- Proficiency in preparing clear and concise audit reports, including identifying issues, providing recommendations, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and audit tools.
- Ability to meticulously review financial records, operational processes, and other relevant documents to ensure accuracy.
- Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings and interact with management, employees, and external auditors.
- Ability to identify issues, think through solutions, and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
- High standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics to handle sensitive information.
- Ability to manage multiple audits simultaneously, meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively with other departments, management, and external auditors to improve organizational processes.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.

- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
