Placed.au is a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment firm originally based in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in our brand-new open-plan office in Asoke (Soi 21).
Placed.au is seeking a talented and motivated Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our Australian clients while fostering your professional growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and support.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, providing effective solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Monitor client accounts to identify opportunities for growth and additional services.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client feedback, account performance, and business development opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide clients with valuable insights.
- Support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless integration process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or a similar role.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.

- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
