Placed.au is a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment firm originally based in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in our brand-new open-plan office in Asoke (Soi 21).
We are seeking a Senior Relationship Manager to drive client engagement, manage high-value relationships, and contribute to our company’s growth. This role is perfect for someone with a strategic mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and provide tailored solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support client objectives.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns or challenges proactively.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development.
- Proven track record in managing high-value client accounts and driving business growth.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinking with a client-focused approach.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.
Working Details:
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
