Placed.au is a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment firm originally based in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in our brand-new open-plan office in Asoke (Soi 21).
Placed.au is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter to join our growing team. As a member of the team, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process by managing both candidate sourcing and other administrative responsibilities. This role requires excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as you will be responsible for corresponding with candidates and handling important documents.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- BuIdentify and screen potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals) to find the best fit for our open positions.
- Organise and maintain recruitment-related documents and databases.
- Correspond with job seekers via email and phone, providing them with updates on their application status, scheduling interviews, and answering any queries they may have.
- Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Create and manage job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring that they are accurate, appealing, and reach the right audience.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information and status updates.
- Assist with other HR and administrative tasks as needed, including preparing reports, organising meetings, and supporting other department projects.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Must have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong ability to build relationships with candidates.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 700 or above.
- Must be willing to work in Asoke (Soi 21), 5 days a week, between 8 am to 5 pm.
Working Details:
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
