Placed.au is a forward-thinking and innovative recruitment firm originally based in Australia. We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our growing team in our brand-new open-plan office in Asoke (Soi 21).
We are looking for a skilled and analytical System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing information systems to meet the company’s needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend system solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, experience with system design and analysis, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your work will ensure that the company’s IT systems are aligned with business objectives and run smoothly.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working with stakeholders to gather and document system requirements.
- Designing efficient systems and solutions based on business needs and technical specifications.
- Analyzing current systems and recommending improvements or new solutions.
- Assessing the technical, operational, and financial feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Creating detailed system documentation, including specifications, workflows, and diagrams.
- Ensuring that the system meets requirements through testing and quality checks.
- Coordinating with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to implement system solutions.
- Identifying and resolving system-related issues and providing support to end-users.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of proven relevant experience.
- Must have a TOEIC score of 750 or above.
- Must have excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of system architecture, databases, and design methodologies.
- Ability to collect and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Understanding of SDLC methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or DevOps.
Working Details:
- Working Hours: Mon – Fri / 8.00 am – 5.00 pm
- Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Onsite)
